Hands down the most positive car buying experience I have ever had! Cass was professional, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. I came from 2 hours away to purchase my Nissan Rogue. Cass assisted me with having everything prepared in advance, including financing, so that upon my arrival, all I had to do was test drive it and sign the papers. I have been looking for a while for a car I wanted with features I needed at a reasonable price. I found it at Cortland Used Cars. I read the reviews of the dealership before I went there and they were all very positive. I couldn't agree more with everything I read and I can't say enough positive things about them. I left feeling very confident with my purchase! Brooke is absolutely amazing! I messaged her on a Wednesday morning and by Friday morning I had a vehicle for my grandma, with ZERO down. Ok so i bought a car(2014 silver rav4 on december 27th) car ran great. Noticed an issue with the radio. Next morning they pulled the radio to fix it. In the mean time of that getting fixed, the check engine light came on and exhaust came loose. Again all well handled. Vehicle needed a evap issue fixed. These guys went above and beyond. Very happy i bought from them. Vehicle is sold, very transparent sale, very good team. Picked it up tonight and the owner was waiting for. Even had a loaner for me to use while it was at the shop all week. Very impressed with this car dealer. Will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Good selection, people friendly.
